1.2 We are located in New Zealand and will ship orders only domestically within New Zealand.

You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2.Orders
2.1 Orders can be place via our online portal. You will have the opportunity to check the order for any errors at the checkout process. We will send you order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available;
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3.Pricing
3.1 All prices are inclusive of GST.
3.2 We reserve the right to review our prices on a regular basis without formal notice.
4.Cancellation and Return Policy
4.1 if you wish to cancel your order;
(a) You can notify us by email to info@naturalpaws.co.nz before we have dispatched the goods. Or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return the goods you have ordered from us if;
(a) You have changed your mind on the purchase, in such case, goods returned must be in original unopen condition and a full refund will be issue after goods received and inspected. however, the initial freight charge will not be refunded. However, if the goods does not arrive in original prestige condition, Natural Paws reserve the right to reject the return or may at its sole discretion to charge 15% restocking fee.
(b) The goods were received with damage or defect. In such case, you must made contact as soon as upon receiving the items and product photo evident and we will issue a replacement or a refund.
(c) Product is not fit for purpose. If you find the goods is not fitting the purpose, you can contact us with-in a reasonable time frame (30days) from date of purchase and we can work out a solution between both parties. If no other options are available, a full refund will be given.
(d) Wrong item received, please contact us via our return email and we will arrange replacement or refund and collection of the incorrect item sent.
4.3 All refund given will be credit back to original source.
(a) If it was a credit card payment, it will credit back to corresponding credit card.
(b) If it was a bank transfer, we will only credit back to the origin account.
5.Posting, content to the site
